An 8 Door Controller is an access control device designed to manage and control access across up to eight doors from a centralized controller. It can help organizations manage employee access door-wise and restrict entry to authorized users.
The controller connects access readers and door locking devices such as EM locks. When an authorized user presents their registered card or credential at a reader, the controller verifies the access permission and allows the corresponding door to be opened.
One controller can control up to 8 doors. Star Link also provides configurations for 4-door control, while multiple controllers can be installed when an organization needs to manage more than eight doors.
