Bio Face Reader, is a face reading biometric attendance machine and access control machine which automatically maps the facial symmetry of a human face, identifies it, and stores it in the database. Face reader monitors the dimensions of a face, maps the facial features which include the distance between eyes, nose & mouth from each other and saves an analytical picture of our face into it.

The Biometric Facial Recognition system is capable of modeling a face in real-time, with no need for any manual initialization. The in-house team of Star Link developed it while keeping the Indian climatic conditions in the mind, thus making it robust enough to face environmental challenges. The metallic body provides an edge to its strength over other fiber-made attendance machines.

Thermal Temperature Screening:-

A new add-on feature in the Bio face reader is the Thermal Temperature Screening, which helps in checking an employee’s physical well-being by scanning a person’s body temperature while marking the attendance and displaying it on the screen. Also, the machine denies access in case of over-temperature with audio/visual alert. This feature can work with multiple bio face readers installed in an office, which means a person can mark the attendanceon any machine.

In compliance to adhere to the No contact policy in public areas, the bio face reader is providing a contactless attendance and access control experience with the help of biometric facial recognition technology. While finger touch is required in the Biometric attendance system, hence, face readers provide contactless safety. Moreover, now bio face readers also detect the human temperature with thermal temperature screening technology.
